Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
- Proven production experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures
- Experience with automation and infrastructure tooling (IaC, scripting, pipelines)
- Solid SQL knowledge and familiarity with Postgres or MySQL
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues, scalability challenges, and performance bottlenecks
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and supporting engineers across teams
- Fluent in English and Polish (B2+ level)
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
