Job Description
A part-time branch-based opportunity working 30 hours per week in Portree. Providing face-to-face support to customers, learning, growing, and developing within an inclusive organisation with genuine values.
Requirements
- Ability to quickly build relationships with customers
- Passion to put yourself in the customers' shoes, show empathy, and act with care and integrity
- Commitment to deliver on promises and go above and beyond for customers
- Genuine teammate who collaborates closely with colleagues to ensure customer needs are met
