Enterprise Architect - CTO - Commercial - Cross Divisional

We're seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our Commercial business area, with a focus on building relationships, developing trust, and providing thought leadership to business and technology change delivery colleagues.

Requirements

• An open, collaborative, approachable and friendly style, working well with both senior and junior colleagues, building strong relationships, and breaking down barriers.
• Gravitas and impact, using strong storytelling skills, both written and verbally, in how you present your communication recommendations in line with priorities.
• Proven background in enterprise architecture with an understanding of architecture principles and frameworks, good understanding of modern technology from applications to infrastructure, and experience in Commercial banking domains including Core banking, Payments, Channels.
• Point of view on emerging tech in areas like Digital assets and Digital identity, recent experience of translating architecture models and roadmaps into packages of work that drive organisational change, and strong intuition for technology and its value to businesses.
• An in-depth understanding of systems development, change life cycles, best practices and approaches, communication and relationship building skills to work collaboratively to both technical and non-technical audiences, and proven success in establishing a culture of continuous improvement and driving innovation.
