Senior Enterprise Architect

We're seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to align with our Commercial Business Area. The successful candidate will have a solid sense of ownership and integrity, with experience in building relationships and developing trust. They will provide thought leadership to business and technology change delivery colleagues, owning the technology strategy for their area of focus and maintaining alignment with and influencing the wider Group strategies.

Requirements

• An open, collaborative, approachable and friendly style, working well with colleagues at all levels
• An understanding of the Commercial business domain including key products and propositions, market trends (business and technology) and an awareness of the regulatory and competitor landscapes
• Gravitas and impact, with strong storytelling skills
• Demonstrable experience of technology architecture, and how to architect systems to meet business needs
• Broad technology knowledge across various topics
• Awareness of emerging technologies and their potential business application and consequences
• Communication and relationship building skills to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven success in establishing a culture of continuous improvement and driving innovation
• Breadth of experience in architecture, in a regulated industry (ideally financial)
