Requirements

• Leading delivery and optimisation of the commercial plan, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic investment initiatives
• Driving commercial performance reviews, synthesising trading data and performance sensitivities
• Applying market knowledge to shape the Loans commercial agenda
• Ensuring robust commercial risk management, finding opportunities and mitigating risks
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, including third-party suppliers
• Championing innovation, employing advanced analytics, AI, and experimentation
