Job Description
LMI Technologies, a medium-sized technology company, is seeking a Field Application Engineer (FAE) to support sales activities and resolve technical issues with customers. The FAE works closely with sales and marketing teams, providing product knowledge, testing samples, and developing solutions for customer applications. The role involves travel and strong customer interaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 3-4 years of experience in high-technology industry / factory automation
- Minimum 2-3 years customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices
- Problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Fluent English or Chinese speaking skill
