Job Description
LMI is seeking a Senior Facilities Project Manager for a facility in Warrenton, Virginia. LMI is a new digital solutions provider focused on accelerating government impact, using innovation and speed. They serve defense, space, healthcare, and energy sectors and leverage their technology and expertise.
Requirements
- Manage project design and/or construction efforts
- Manage and evaluate construction contractor performance
- Integrate and coordinate projects with field personnel
- Evaluate and validate project change requests
- Provide official weekly project status reports
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets
- Ensure timely input of all data into MAXIMO software project management tool
