We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to develop and execute innovative performance marketing strategies to meet and exceed company objectives. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with paid advertising platforms, commercial insight, and a goal-oriented approach to achieving targets.
Requirements
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
- Extensive experience with paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat)
- Commercial insight and a goal-oriented approach to achieving targets
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills
- Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Bloomreach, Excel) and feed management (Channable)
- Experience with social advertising tooling to create, manage, automate and optimize social advertising campaigns (Smartly)
