Job Description
ATAK Interactive is a full-service RevOps agency seeking a skilled Senior Performance Marketer with 3-5+ years of agency experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and optimizing SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, and a strong understanding of digital advertising. The role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute high-performing digital marketing campaigns, analyze data for actionable insights, and drive measurable results for clients.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of agency experience in performance marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Conversion-Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns with a strong focus on data and optimization
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and conversion tracking
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to clients and internal teams
