Local Logic is a remote-enabled company that aims to improve real estate decision-making through data and insights. The Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Residential Real Estate, will drive revenue growth across the Residential Real Estate market in the US and Canada by sourcing, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within Real Estate, SaaS, or data/analytics-driven products
- Strong understanding of the Residential Real Estate industry, with experience selling into brokerages, MLSs, or real estate portals
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through full-cycle sales execution
- Strong prospecting skills, including outbound outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and comfort working with Google Workspace, Slack
