Requirements

• Maintain smooth handling of inbound customer requests, renewals, and smaller sales-assisted deals.
• Ensure uninterrupted business continuity by maintaining smooth handling of customer requests.
• Establish a reliable deal desk process.
• Increase operational efficiency in renewals management.
• Ensure information in HubSpot supports accurate reporting, forecasting, and reconciliation with Finance.
