Industrial Engineer

Join our team as an Industrial Engineer and contribute to the advancement of aerospace manufacturing. Conduct comprehensive analyses to support production goals, optimize operations, and drive improvements in production layout, labor cost metrics, and operating methods.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience
• Experience in a Manufacturing position
• Experience with Analytical and Project Planning Tools including MS Office suite of tools. Tableau (SQL equivalent)
• Union environment with shop floor experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), particularly with Production Operations and Program Offices
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments
• Greenbelt Certified a plus – experience leading process improvement activities
• Earned Value Management (EVM), an understanding of Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI) a plus
• Previous Sikorsky Operations experience
