Mid Career Industrial Engineer

As a member of our Industrial Engineering team, you will conduct comprehensive analyses to support production goals, drive improvements in production layout, labor cost metrics, and operating methods.

Requirements

• 3 years of professional experience within an industrial engineer discipline
• Prior experience working within a manufacturing or operations position
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
• Experience in Manufacturing/Union environment with shop floor experience
• Experience with Analytical and Project Planning Tools including MS Office suite of tools, Tableau, and SAP software
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize assignments
• Greenbelt Certified (a plus)
• Earned Value Management (EVM), an understanding of Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI) (a plus)
