Materials and Processes Engineer Sr.

As a Materials and Processes Engineer Sr., you will drive material through production, applying chemistry, physics, and material behavior expertise to create robust specifications, fabrication methods, and assembly processes. You will work closely with product development, analysis, and production operations to translate requirements into manufacturable solutions.

Requirements

• Developing and optimizing materials and surface treatment solutions for engineering applications
• Performing failure analyses, life prediction modeling, and material property development to support reliability goals
• Authoring clear technical documentation and contributing data packages for design reviews and customer deliverables
• Collaborating with cross functional teams to translate requirements into manufacturable solutions
• Generating and releasing engineering drawings and related documentation using Windchill and other PLM tools
• Supporting test planning, execution, and results interpretation to validate material performance
• Mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices across the organization
