HR Generalist

Logical Position is seeking an HR Generalist to provide human resources support and guidance in various areas, including performance management, employee relations, leaves/accommodations, and benefits. The successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent project management skills, and be able to navigate change effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of comprehensive HR experience
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to navigate change effectively and demonstrate resourcefulness in problem solving
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills that facilitate effective collaboration and conflict resolution
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
• Proven ability to work independently and in a timely manner
• Ability to translate complex legal-speak into clear, concise written and verbal communications
