Job Description
We are searching for a proactive Sales Assistant to conduct company policies, workflow systems, and deal with relating business matters, such as preparing PO and related documents for sale and support the engineering/project schedule to maximize quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Familiar with company regulations and operational procedures
- Proficient in using company system operations and commercial document processing tools
- Provide quotations and contract document preparation based on business needs
- Contact clients, coordinate sales-related messages and notifications
- Regularly report to supervisor on tasks, track and review progress, and submit performance reports
