Job Description
Logicalis is seeking a Sales Director to lead the Revenue Growth and GTM Strategy for BU1 Sales Department in Logicalis Taiwan. The successful candidate will have full responsibility for the sales teams and will be expected to drive high performance culture, build strong employee engagement, and communicate the Company's vision and value proposition.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related Discipline
- At least 10-15 years of experience working in a Solution Provider / Systems Integrator, Managed Service Provider or Communications Infrastructure
- Proven track record in developing and growing the business
- Proven track record of Sales with significant experience in Manufacturing, Financial Services and Commercial accounts
- Proven track record of Sales Excellence and Overachievement to targets
