Our long-standing tier 1 client is a well-established engineering solutions provider operating across the power generation, water treatment, desalination, and utilities sectors. They are seeking a Sales Manager – ICT & HCIS to drive revenue growth and expand market share. The role involves strategic sales planning, business development, key account management, and executive-level engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience in ICT or technology solution sales
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets
- Experience selling into corporate and government sectors
- Demonstrated exposure to healthcare information systems preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- Strong commercial acumen with strategic planning capability
- Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
- Background working with international technology suppliers
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven team-building and leadership capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with market trend interpretation ability
