Clinical Therapist 2-Out

The Clinical Therapist (2-Outpatient) provides advanced clinical, problem-solving, and crisis intervention services to patients in a multi-disciplinary team setting. This position involves conducting clinical services, managing case management, discharging patients, and participating in case interventions. The role also requires compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and collaboration with community agencies.

Requirements

• Completion of a Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling related field, or a doctoral degree in clinical psychology
• One year of experience in a behavior health care setting
• Two years of experience in an acute psychiatric facility
• Minimum two years of experience in an acute psychiatric facility, preferred
• Knowledge of psychotherapy theory and techniques
