Clinical Therapist 2-Out

The Clinical Therapist (CT) 2-Outpatient is responsible for providing advanced clinical, problem-solving, and crisis intervention skills to serve as a resource for clinical teams and patients. This role involves clinical services, case management, discharge planning, and intervention in high-risk situations, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements and collaborating with the treatment team and community resources. The therapist provides clinical supervision to pre-licensed staff and ensures high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Completion of a Master's degree in social work, marriage family therapy, counseling related field or completion of a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from a regionally accepted accredited institution
• One year of experience in a behavior health care setting
• Two years of experience in an acute psychiatric facility with age specific population preferred
• Minimum two years of experience in an acute psychiatric facility with age specific population preferred
• Knowledge of psychotherapy theory and techniques
