Clinical Therapist 2-Out

The Clinical Therapist (CT) 2-Outpatient demonstrates advanced clinical, problem-solving and crisis intervention skills. They serve as a resource for the team, conducting clinical services, case management, and interventions, while also adhering to legal and regulatory reporting requirements. The role involves collaborating with various agencies and within the scope of their license to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Completion of a Master's degree in social work, marriage family therapy, counseling related field, or a doctoral degree in clinical psychology.
• One year of experience in a behavior health care setting.
• Two years of experience in an acute psychiatric facility with age-specific population.
• Minimum two years of experience in an acute psychiatric facility with an age-specific population.
• Knowledge of psychotherapy theory and techniques.
• Ability to read, write, speak English, and communicate professionally.
• Basic computer and software skills.
