Clinical Therapist 2-Out

This Clinical Therapist (CT) 2-Outpatient role involves advanced clinical, problem-solving, and crisis intervention skills. The position serves as a resource to the treatment team, participates in case management and discharge planning, and intervenes in high-risk situations. It requires compliance with all legal and regulatory reporting requirements and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Completion of a Master's degree in a related field (social work, marriage family therapy, counseling, or clinical psychology) or a doctoral degree in clinical psychology.
• One year of experience in a behavior health care setting.
• Two years of experience in an acute psychiatric facility with an age-specific population preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in a community health setting.
