Outpatient Psychotherapist

The Outpatient Psychotherapist demonstrates advanced clinical, problem-solving, and crisis intervention skills, serving as a resource to other therapists and the multi-disciplinary team. This role involves clinical services, case management, discharge planning, and intervention in high-risk situations, all while adhering to legal and regulatory reporting requirements. The therapist will collaborate with clinical and community agencies to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Completion of a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling related field, or completion of a doctoral degree in clinical psychology.
• Current BBS license.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health care setting.
• Minimum of two years of experience in an acute psychiatric facility with age-specific population (preferred).
