Job Description
Teller Floaters process transactions in an efficient manner and in accordance with established teller policies and procedures. They may be moved from branch to branch within their assigned region to provide coverage as needed. They offer world-class customer service, build effective rapport with customers, and maintain current knowledge of internal risk controls and loss prevention.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Six (6) months prior experience in the sales and service industry
- Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, required
- Prior cash handling experience is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours
