HR Clerk

Los Angeles Center of Nose Throat and Allergy (LA CENTA) is seeking a motivated HR Clerk to provide administrative support to the HR team. This role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, and policy adherence. The ideal candidate will contribute to employee engagement and support organizational policies.

Requirements

• 4-year degree preferred, 1-2 years HR Clerical experience preferred
• Experience with HRIS (Paylocity) preferred and Microsoft Office applications required
• 1-2 years recruitment or Application screening experience required
• Knowledge of labor regulations preferred
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 10 lbs.
