HR Clerk

LA CENTA is a healthcare company dedicated to providing university caliber subspecialty care in the community setting. As a member of the human resources team, the HR Clerk will gain hands-on experience on HR systems, recruitment, and policies/procedures, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• 4 year degree preferred, but not required
• 1 - 2 Years HR Clerical experience preferred
• Experience with HRIS (Paylocity) preferred and Microsoft Office applications required
• 1 - 2 years recruitment or Application screening experience required
• Sounds knowledge of labor regulations preferred
