Job Description
Los Angeles Center of Nose Throat and Allergy (LA CENTA) is seeking a friendly and helpful Medical Receptionist to be the face of the organization. This role involves greeting patients, verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be a first impression maker and a vital part of the LA CENTA team.
Requirements
- HS Diploma / GED
- At least 1 year of front desk reception experience in a medical setting
- Ear Nose Throat & Allergy specialty clinic experience preferred
- Bilingual - fluent in both English and Spanish
- Computer literate, ability to type at least 40 wpm
- Travel within Los Angeles-based clinics as needed
