Job Description
Los Angeles Center of Nose Throat and Allergy (LA CENTA) is seeking a friendly and helpful Medical Receptionist to be the face of the organization. This role involves greeting patients, verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive experience for patients and staff. The receptionist plays a crucial role in maintaining the clinic's image and efficiency.
Requirements
- HS Diploma / GED Required
- At least 1 year of front desk reception experience in a medical setting
- Ear Nose Throat & Allergy specialty clinic experience preferred
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Basic knowledge of HIPAA
- Travel within the Angeles area (multiple clinics)
- Computer literacy (typing 40+ wpm)
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Ability to travel to clinic locations as needed
