Job Description
Los Angeles Center of Nose Throat and Allergy (LA CENTA) is seeking a friendly and helpful Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients in the medical setting. This role involves patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and ensuring a positive patient experience, ensuring effective workflow and a professional atmosphere.
Requirements
- HS Diploma / GED Required
- 1+ year of front desk reception experience in a medical setting
- Ear Nose Throat & Allergy specialty clinic experience preferred
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
