Patient Benefits Specialist- Khmer Fluency

Patient Benefits Specialist responsible for verifying and collecting accurate and timely insurance information for patients, interacting with patients via telephone, and educating patients about their responsibilities. Works closely with Registration, Health Benefits, and Patient Accounts to ensure all required information is gathered.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Khmer required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three year's experience in a customer service related position, preferably in a health care setting
• Knowledge of Health Care system and Insurance Eligibility is a plus
• Working knowledge of Excel and compiling reports preferred
