The Co-Manager will assist the store manager in implementing sales-building culture, achieve budgeted financial results, and ensure guest satisfaction and company asset protection.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 1-2 years supermarket management experience
• Ability to train and develop store management team
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of company standards and compliance regulations
