Customer Service Representatives (CSR)

L.P.T Retail Management Services, LLC seeks customer service representatives to provide excellent customer service, complete shift duties, and follow company policies.

Requirements

• Provide excellent customer service
• Complete all shift duties as assigned
• Safeguard the company's assets
• Follow company policies with regard to cash control, proper safe operation, and vendor check-in procedures
• Ability to read, understand and write the English language at the eighth-grade level
• Eighth-grade level math competency
• Sufficient visual acuity to check identification and process money orders
• Ability to read and understand instructions for operating electronic cash registers, gas consoles, and other equipment
