Job Description
LS Power is seeking a Senior Tax Counsel to support various transactions in mergers and acquisitions and financings for their private equity team. The role involves leading transactions, assisting with legal documentation, and building relationships with cross-functional teams. They are a leading energy infrastructure company with a global platform and substantial capital.
Requirements
- JD with at least 6-8 years of experience handling complex M&A, financing and other corporate transactions.
- Ability to be the primary in-house attorney on M&A and other corporate transactions.
- Strong communication, project management, negotiation and drafting skills.
- Flexibility to assist the corporate legal team.
