Requirements

• Adhere to all plant Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Take a proactive approach to safety and identify and mitigate hazards in the workplace.
• Install, repair, maintain, and perform Preventative Maintenance (PM's) on all processing equipment.
• Lead mechanical scope of complex chemical process scale-up projects including fabrication, installation, and maintenance considerations.
• Ensure operating areas follow all process piping and mechanical integrity standards.
• Fabrication and installation of welded and threaded piping systems, including welding of both carbon steels and higher alloy materials.
• Fabrication and installation of small-bore and large-bore compression tubing and fittings.
• Installation, alignment, repair, and rebuild of complex, rotating pumping and compressing equipment.
• Integration and installation of both electrical motors and process instrumentation into the mechanical layout of overall systems.
• Complete all paperwork in a timely manner, including time sheets, shop papers, digital work orders, and alignment records.
