Job Description
Lucid is seeking an ERP Manufacturing & Quality Team Lead to manage the design, implementation, and ongoing support of ERP systems used for manufacturing and quality. This role ensures ERP solutions align with business goals, improve efficiency, and comply with quality standards. The team will focus on configuring, customizing, testing, and deploying manufacturing and quality processes within the ERP system. This position will contribute to a better, more sustainable future by re-introducing the fundamentals of great design.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of SAP system, especially manufacturing and quality modules
- Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving system issues
- Knowledge of production planning, shop floor control, inventory management, and quality assurance standards
- Familiarity with different quality management setups within an organization
- Integration knowledge of SAP with other shop floor systems
- Strong communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Proactive approach to problem resolution and continuous improvement
- Training and mentoring end-users on ERP functionality
