ERP Supply Chain Team Lead

Lucid is seeking an ERP Supply Chain Team Lead to oversee the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of their supply chain module within the ERP system. This role focuses on optimizing procurement, inventory, and materials planning, and ensures alignment with business objectives. The team leads both operational excellence and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Lead and manage the ERP team focused on supply chain module such as SAP MM (Material Management).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, warehouse, sales, transportation and finance to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Oversee system configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare support for supply chain processes.
• Drive process improvements through automation and enhanced ERP functionalities.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues related to system workflows.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards through ERP system controls.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
• Manage documentation of system processes, configurations, and best practices.
• Coordinate with vendors and external consultants when necessary.
