Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a highly skilled Powertrain Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development, design, and optimization of manufacturing processes for Powertrain lines. The role involves working cross-functionally with teams to ensure successful design, installation, and operation of Powertrain equipment, focusing on enhancing production efficiency and quality. This position is ideal for an innovative professional driven to create a better, more sustainable future.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or STEM Degree
- 5-8 years of experience in Powertrain Equipment/Manufacturing/Process Engineering
- Hands-on experience with automated dispense systems (e.g., Nordson, Bdtronic, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead technical efforts in complex equipment engineering and manufacturing development.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Catia, and Delmia
- Strong presentation skills and communication abilities
- Willingness to support production across shifts
- Flexible availability for weekend/holiday work
- Understanding of I/Os and Machine coding logic.
