Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development and optimization of Powertrain manufacturing processes for their electric vehicle lines. The role involves working cross-functionally with various departments to improve efficiency, quality, and manufacturing practices. This is a leadership position focused on ensuring robust manufacturing processes and utilizing advanced technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or STEM Degree
- 5-8 years of experience in Powertrain Equipment/Manufacturing/Process Engineering
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills, including experience with 8D, Six Sigma, and DOE methodologies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Catia, and Delmia
- Strong presentation skills
- Willingness to support production across shifts, including weekends and holidays
