Job Description
Lucid is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to support the planning and execution of processes and equipment for efficient and reliable production of luxury electric vehicles. This role involves optimizing workflows, ensuring quality, and driving product development. The ideal candidate will be a driving force in the industry, contributing to sustainable growth and innovation in the electric vehicle space.
Requirements
- BS/MS Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience or 3+ years with a Masters Degree
- Tandem, progressive, blanking, and transfer stamping experience
- Experience in Program Management / Engineering
- Trained in production, labor, and material costing
- Experience with foreign suppliers
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
- Proficient with MS Office- Excel, Project, Word
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/CATIA
- Strong mechanical, time management, and analysis skills
- Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in welding, assembly, and testing
