Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or partnerships
- Experience selling SaaS, EdTech, HRTech, or enterprise software is a strong plus
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mindset — comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
