Voice AI Engineer (Mid/Senior)

As a Voice AI Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy intelligent Voice Agents to solve real business problems, showcasing your ability to build from 0 to a real solution that drives value.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying Voice Agents
• Strong programming skills in Python (Java is a plus)
• Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks
• Hands-on experience with voice systems (ASR, TTS, or conversational IVR)
• Practical experience with likekit and similar
• Experience deploying AI models into production or production-like environments
• Familiarity with speech concepts: WER, phonemes, prosody, barge-in, endpointing
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Ability to analyze complex problems and design innovative AI-driven solutions
• Strong systems thinking, understanding how models behave in real-world environments
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning in a fast-evolving AI landscape
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, product-driven teams
• Able to clearly document and explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
