Job Description
We're seeking a Senior Technical Consultant with deep experience in Dynamics 365 F&SCM (and ideally AX 2012) to design and build customizations, integrations, and data solutions. The role combines technical depth with the opportunity to grow into leadership—solution architecture, team mentoring, and client engagement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&SCM
- Expert-level knowledge of X++, extensions model, batch framework, and event handlers
- Experience with AX 2012, especially in upgrade or migration projects
- Strong skills in.NET/C# development, including integration via DLLs and APIs
- Proven ability to design integrations using JSON/XML, Azure Functions, and API testing tools (Postman)
- Experience with Azure DevOps, including pipelines, repos, builds/releases
- Working knowledge of Git and TFS Branching strategies
- Proficiency with Data Management Framework (DMF) and entity-based data migration
- Working knowledge of Power BI, Azure Data Lake, and Synapse Link
- Familiarity with Dual-write, Business Events, Logic Apps, or Power Automate
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to lead workshops and translate business needs into solutions
