Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Field Service Sr. Consultant

Ludia Consulting is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Services Sr. Consultant to join their team. The role involves delivering client engagements, understanding functional concepts, and transitioning them into technical solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics suite. The position combines consulting abilities with client-facing interpersonal skills and requires a strong focus on learning, communication, and team effort.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Operations management, Finance/Accounting, or Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Solution Delivery (CE/Field Service/Field Service Mobile)
• Industry best practice knowledge of business processes, issues, and technology related to sales, marketing, customer service, and field service departments
• Experience implementing end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/FS projects
• 2+ years of experience with Power Platform solution delivery of either model-driven or canvas apps
• High level understanding of Power BI – data modeling, report/KPI creation, and deployment
• Experience with automating business processes and customer connectors with Microsoft Power Automate
• Experience with process mapping and data modeling for Dual-Write crossovers
• Strong skills in Office365 related technologies (SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, etc.)
• Proven track record in adaptability, teamwork, problem solving, results orientation
