CNC Lathe Set-up/Operator 1st shift

CNC Lathe Set-up/Operator - 1st Shift position is available at Ludlow. The role involves setting up and operating CNC Lathes, reading blueprints, performing inspections, and maintaining equipment. The position is based in Waukegan/Gurnee, IL, offering Monday-Thursday shifts with 3-day weekends and offers bilingual support (Spanish).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5–10 years’ experience setting up/programming CNC Lathe machines
• 3–5 years’ experience in machining
• Skilled with micrometers, calipers, and blueprint interpretation
• Fluent Spanish (preferred)
