Job Description
Lumafield is seeking a Head of Demand Generation to lead the growth of their revenue-generating series C startup. This high-impact leadership role requires experience in demand generation, leading a team, and leveraging data to drive pipeline and revenue growth. Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in B2B marketing
- 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in demand generation or revenue marketing
- Proven ability to lead and grow a high-performing team
- Exceptional quantitative skills with expertise in business intelligence and marketing automation
- Strong understanding of enterprise marketing and account-based targeting
- Track record of building integrated revenue marketing programs
- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools
- Comfortable working with senior executives
