We're seeking a Sr. Director, Global Sales Strategic Initiatives to provide high-level strategic and operational support to the executive leader, driving alignment across key initiatives and enabling the organization to achieve its business goals efficiently.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in strategic operations, business management, or Chief of Staff capacity.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with experience driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep understanding of optical communications, data center interconnect, coherent optics, and cloud networking.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across executive and functional teams.
