Business Analyst (Risk domain)

Join our team as a Business Analyst (Risk domain)! We are looking for an amazingly curious Business Analyst who wants to make an impact and have a great learning experience working at a contemporary, new-generation bank and financial services provider in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

Requirements

• At least 3 years professional experience working as an Analyst, Business Data Analyst, Business Analyst or Process/Product Owner within Finance, Business Intelligence, IT or other related area
• Good understanding of Data management and governance concepts, proficiency with software development processes, data warehouse, data lake, AWS S3 buckets and reporting concepts and solutions
• Good SQL, Microsoft Office skills, experience with Atlassian cloud Jira and Confluence
• B.S. or M.S. in Risk Management, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management, Finance, or IT
• Good to advanced business knowledge and experience working with banking products, processes, IT systems, risk data or within risk management area
• Good knowledge and experience of business analysis, requirements engineering, and business process modelling
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
