Business Analyst (Risk domain)

Join Luminor as a Business Analyst (Risk domain) and contribute to building a local banking champion. The role involves designing, leading, and facilitating business and solution requirements, and working with various teams to deliver data insights for internal stakeholders in the Risk domain.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience working as an Analyst, Business Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Process/Product Owner within Finance, Business Intelligence, IT, or a related area
• Good understanding of Data management and governance concepts, proficiency with software development processes, data warehouse, data lake, AWS S3 buckets, and reporting concepts and solutions
• Good knowledge of Risk frameworks adopted in a financial institution, BCBS239
• Good SQL, Microsoft Office skills, experience with Atlassian cloud Jira and Confluence
• B.S. or M.S. in Risk Management, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management, Finance, or IT
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
