Job Description
Lumos is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to provide technical leadership throughout the sales process. The role involves architecting solutions, building proofs of concept, and scaling technical go-to-market momentum. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor and possess a deep understanding of the Lumos platform and the app and access management challenges it solves.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales role within a B2B SaaS company
- Experience working in the identity or cybersecurity industry is a plus
- Demonstrated success managing the pre-sales process for enterprise customers
- Fluency in APIs and comfortability reading python or similar languages
- An empathetic and a customer-centric approach
- Desire to work in a high growth, start-up environment
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales role within a B2B SaaS company
- Strong experience building the pre-sales process for enterprise customers
