Job Description
Lunar Outpost is seeking a Systems Engineer – Crew Training to help create the future of lunar surface mobility in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- Identify training needs for astronauts and flight controllers based on mission requirements
- Design and develop mission-specific training programs and instructional materials
- Deliver training using various methods, including simulators, mockups, mobile vehicles, and VR/neutral buoyancy environments
- Certify trainers and validate training content for quality and accuracy
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, certification plans, and records
- Collaborate with NASA teams and partners to support mission readiness
